Shipping policy

 

If you provided an email address while making the purchase, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed. The processing times may vary in case of sales or holidays due to the high volume of orders.

Wigs have a processing time of 7-21 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with USPS to file a claim. Our packages are insured by USPS and additional insurance is available to purchase at checkout.

We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in the shipment of your order due to holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. If you are located outside the U.S., your package should arrive within 7-10 business days. However, you should be aware that any Customs Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill you are not our responsibility.
