At Palatine Hair, we strive to provide the best possible service for our customers. Please note that we are not liable for any delays in shipping caused by holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
To ensure the quality and presentation of your order, we only include our luxury boxes for shipments containing three or more products. For orders with fewer items, we will ship them in standard packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have provided us with your email address, we will send you a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow 2-4 business days for payment and order processing, Then, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days if you are located in the United States (possibly sooner). which occurs Monday through Thursday. If you place an order on Friday, processing will commence on the following business day (Monday). To clarify, the total shipping time for your order is estimated to be 7 to 10 business days.
However, if you are purchasing wigs, please note that they are custom-made to order and require more time to create. As a result, the processing time for wigs is 7-10 business days.
Please keep in mind that processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or tax season due to a high volume of orders.
For customers outside the U.S., packages should arrive within 7-21 business days (possibly sooner). Please note that any customs fees or import taxes billed by your country are your responsibility.
Additionally, please note that shipments may be delayed during January and February due to a high volume of holiday deliveries, such as New Year and Valentine's Day.
